The History of Early Birds Fire Protection
Early Birds Fire Protection (EBFP) was first established in October 2016, started by our Managing Director, Craig Puddefoot.
Following a successful career as a multi-skilled engineer, progression followed into a Projects Manager position responsible for running major installation projects for a leading company in the South East.
Craig, armed with a wealth of knowledge and skills under his belt decided it was time to launch Early Birds Fire Protection.
Within six months Craig had established the business. Becoming 3rd party BAFE approved was instrumental in taking the business to the next stage, ensuring further trust and our commitment to compliancy to our existing and prospective clients.
EBFP won several maintenance contracts in London & the South East and progressed by netting major landmark project works which further accelerated our market position.
As the business grew, our new CRM system Big Change was implemented giving us the opportunity to streamline the business offering to our clients and generally improve our performance. New accreditations were gained to further strengthen our offering, commitment, and professionalism.
Strong relationships with key manufacturers were forged and new highly skilled team members were employed to ensure the continued successful growth of EBFP.
Several Local Authority, Housing Associations, M&E, home builders, facilities management, property management and heritage protection companies are now key clients.
More recently EBFP accelerated growth by securing major project works in the Midlands resulting in a fully operational office there plus a large maintenance contract in East Anglia covered by our Cambridgeshire base.
